2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.  ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

3. Eligibility: Participation in the Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority by the first day of the Sweepstakes  (June 1, 2012) and who complete the Survey located on Sponsor’s Website listed in Section 1 above.  Employees, officers & directors of Sweepstakes Sponsor, its franchisees or licensees, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families or members of the same household of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited by law.

4. Key Sweepstakes Dates: The Sweepstakes Dates begin June 1, 2012 and end with the final drawing for the Prize on October 1, 2012.  The first Prize Drawing Date will be July 1, 2012 and will occur on the first of each month thereafter, with the last Prize Drawing Date being October 1, 2012.

5. Prize:  Three (3) Prize winners will be drawn randomly from the pool of eligible Survey Entries, commencing on the first Prize Drawing Date, from eligible entries submitted during the month preceding each Prize Drawing Date during the Sweepstakes. All entries will be removed from the pool of Survey Entries as soon as the monthly drawing is completed and the eligibility of the winner is confirmed.  Each eligible Prize winner will receive the Sweepstakes Prize as described in Section 1 above.             A total of 12 Prizes will be awarded over the course of the Sweepstakes.

Total retail value of each Prize is $500.  No prize substitution is allowed by any winner. The Prize is non- transferable and has no redemption value. The prize is provided "AS IS" and without any warranty of any kind from Sponsor.  Limit one prize per person.

6. To Enter the Sweepstakes:  Log onto Sponsor’s customer satisfaction Website, www.telltacodelmar.com, (“Website”), answer the Survey Questions regarding your experience at one of Sponsor’s Taco Del Mar® restaurant locations, enter your first and last names and a valid email address owned by the eligible participant and press the submit button during the Sweepstakes Dates.

Only one Survey Entry per person, per month, during the Sweepstakes Dates is permitted. In case of a dispute as to the identity of the participant, the eligible participant will be determined by the identity of the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the Survey Entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any other attempted form of Survey Entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are permitted.

All Survey Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and receipt of Survey Entries will not be acknowledged.  Delivery of Prize requires a street address. Sponsor is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failure or any kind of lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified.  Facsimiles, mechanical reproductions, alterations or forged entries will not be accepted. Only completed Website Survey Entry forms with valid email addresses are eligible and all ineligible entries will be disqualified.

7. Drawing: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Survey Entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on the Prize Drawing Dates identified in section 4 above. After selecting a winner, Sponsor will select two back up winners and place the entry forms in a sealed envelope. In the event that the

first entry form selected is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever, or if the person who submitted the first entry form does not respond to the notification that they won, as described in section 8 below, Sponsor will

randomly select a winner from the back up winner names, who shall be subject to the same rules and conditions set forth herein.  All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

8. Notification & Response: Winner(s) will be notified by email within 10 days of each drawing. If unable to make contact with the winner within fifteen (15) days after Sponsor first attempts to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to claim the prize, Sponsor will select a back up winner in accordance with section 7 above. Likewise, if the original winner is ineligible or fails to timely return the signed Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity- Liability Release, or in the event of non-compliance with any other eligibility requirements of this Sweepstakes, the winner shall forfeit the Prize in its entirety, and Sponsor shall award the Prize to an alternate winner selected in accordance with section 7 above.  After Sponsor receives the signed Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity-Liability Release from the potential Prize winner and verifies the Winner’s eligibility, the Prize will be shipped to the address provided by the Prize winner within five (5) days of such confirmation.

9. Conditions: All taxes and other expenses associated with the receipt or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes participant’s permission for the Sponsor to use his/her name, hometown city and state, likeness, biographical information and any statements made by participant regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for editorial, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant warrants that he/she has read and agrees to abide by all of these Official Rules and that he/she is not prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and Prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

10. Privacy Policy:  BECAUSE SPONSOR COLLECTS PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM PARTICIPANTS ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES we want you to know that we will not sell your name or email address to any third party; however, Sponsor may send you additional TACO DEL MAR® specific advertisements. If you wish to be removed from the TACO DEL MAR® email distribution list, SPONSOR ENCOURAGES ALL PARTICIPANTS TO REVIEW ITS PRIVACY POLICY.

11. Additional Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason.  Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s Website. Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

12. Winners List or a copy of the Official Rules: To obtain the name of Prize winners, or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by the Sweepstakes End Date as described in Section 1 above to the “Sponsor Mailing Address” as described in Section 1 above, attention: “Customer Feedback Sweepstakes”

13. This Sweepstakes’ Sponsor described in section 1 above is the parent corporation of the U.S. and Canada

Taco Del Mar® Franchisors, TDM Franchising, LLC and TDM Franchising of Canada, ULC.

14. The terms of these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut (“Sweepstakes

Sponsor State”).

Del Mar® and is not a sponsor of this promotion.

IMPORTANT: This Promotion is not in any manner sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. Participants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and its designees and not to Facebook. The information Participants provide will only be used as stated in these Official Rules. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant releases and agrees to indemnify Facebook and hold it harmless from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, (including, without limitation, any special, incidental or consequential damages), or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to part icipation in the Promotion, or arising out of the receipt, use/misuse of, or participation in any Promotion-related or prize-related activity.
